Very dark brown beer with ivory foam.
The initial sensation is of a great creaminess that is favorably associated with aspects of mixed red fruits and dried figs. A roasted profile can also be noticed with more cocoa than coffee but without any astringency. In the nose, everything is very compact and well mixed.
The effervescence is thin, nothing aggressive, and combines very well with a strong balsamic sensation. The texture is especially dense and the body, very round. Caramels and berries among which perhaps, blackberries, can be noticed.
The 10% of alcohol is completely integrated into the set. They can only be noticed by swallowing.
In general and despite its density, beer is easy to drink. The composition is very complex and a relation of forces is established at high levels of intensity. The roasted profiles, very strong, are well compensated by balsamic freshness and especially velvety texture.
